SCOPE Productions is proud to announce that Timeflies will be performing on their ONE NIGHT Tour in the IMU Main Lounge on Sunday, October 14 at 8 pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Iowa hip hop group Skool'd will open.
Blending hip-hop, rock, freestyle rap, electronic, and dubstep into a one-of-a-kind sound cocktail, critically proclaimed “musical masterminds” Timeflies’ genre-transcending attitude is a love letter to radio-ready ear candy, both classic and contemporary. East Coasters Cal and Rez were merely college pals drawn together by a shared love of music when the duo’s savvy usage of social media like Twitter and YouTube spread their beat-soaked, party-perfect tracks like wildfire; their “Timeflies Tuesdays,” debuting a new video online every week, have left their exploding fanbase hungry for more. The pair’s newest mixtape, Under the Influence, features the instant hits “We Found Love” and “Someone Like You,” modern pop classics rethought with a ferociously fun finesse that could bear only the Timeflies signature. This all adds up to an unmatched high-energy performance that no music fan will want to miss.
